Revisión Sistemática sobre programas para la mejora del pensamiento crítico en universitarios

Resumen

Objetivo: Recopilar artículos sobre los programas diseñados para fomentar dicha habilidad en estudiantes universitarios. Materiales y métodos: El presente estudio empleó el enfoque PRISMA y el modelo PICO para delimitar y evaluar la literatura científica entre 2020 y 2025. Resultados: Se identificaron inicialmente 1308 estudios, de los cuales, tras aplicar criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se seleccionaron 12 artículos para el análisis final. Las intervenciones revisadas abarcaron programas de escritura clínica en línea, estrategias de resolución de problemas, modelos STEAM, alfabetización mediática, entrenamiento en inteligencia emocional, hasta metodologías específicas como ARDESOS-DIAPROVE y PENCRITRC. Conclusión: Las metodologías más efectivas comparten características como el aprendizaje activo, la participación colaborativa, la retroalimentación continua y la contextualización de
las actividades.
